Here's how it works. Beverly Lait, Innkeeper and Owner of the Banner Elk
Inn is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Broker In Charge, Realtor and
founder of Avery Realty since 2001. Beverly has 21 years experience in
real estate as a Realtor and is a member of the MLS (Multiple Listing
Service). She has full access to all MLS properties online and is happy
to talk with anyone interested in purchasing property in the High
Country area, print out information for them, and make the arrangements
for Tom Jennings to work with them in the search through to the closing.

Banner Elk . Eggers Nest and The Elk Cabin are located within the
village, near the Town Park, next door to one another in back of The
Banner Elk Inn. From these two houses you can park your car, enjoy a
short walk to some of the very finest restaurants in the High
Country, linger over a gourmet dinner with your favorite wines and
walk home. (No need for a designated driver!).
